Dr Rizal’s Vision for a Bhutan Research Centre

This was the preliminary draft that Dr Rizal prepared for a research centre focused on scholarly research on Bhutanese issues. As discussions continued with individuals with similar visions, the idea culminated into a multifaceted institution – The Bhutan Watch in 2019. Read the original idea that Dr Rizal and I P Adhikari created as early as 2009-10. The discussions and update to the document continued until The Bhutan Watch was formally established.
